Job Summary:

The idea candidate for the Digital Marketing Manager position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on working in a Training Agency or Training Center. Strong expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating and planning aligned with the business marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute marketing communications activities.
  • Manage and design a content/editorial calendar for digital properties.
  • Generate and convert leads through various channels.
  • Create and update promotional materials, including brochures, sales kits, flyers…
  • Manage the company's digital communication channels.
  • Utilize client database for email and SMS marketing.
  • Plan and organize annual events, workshops, webinars, etc.
  • Gather testimonials through research and surveys.
  • Monitor, review, and report on marketing activities to the Business Development Manager.
  • Provide technical management and support for Domain/hosting website and CRM system.
  • Support sales team with client support and logistics.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of digital marketing experience
  • Proficient in social media platforms and graphic design software
  • Skilled in email marketing, SMS marketing, website management, CRM, and Google Analytics
  • Experienced in organizing online/offline events for clients.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
