Job Summary:
The idea candidate for the Digital Marketing Manager position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on working in a Training Agency or Training Center. Strong expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating and planning aligned with the business marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
- Execute marketing communications activities.
- Manage and design a content/editorial calendar for digital properties.
- Generate and convert leads through various channels.
- Create and update promotional materials, including brochures, sales kits, flyers…
- Manage the company's digital communication channels.
- Utilize client database for email and SMS marketing.
- Plan and organize annual events, workshops, webinars, etc.
- Gather testimonials through research and surveys.
- Monitor, review, and report on marketing activities to the Business Development Manager.
- Provide technical management and support for Domain/hosting website and CRM system.
- Support sales team with client support and logistics.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of digital marketing experience
- Proficient in social media platforms and graphic design software
- Skilled in email marketing, SMS marketing, website management, CRM, and Google Analytics
- Experienced in organizing online/offline events for clients.
- Fluent in English is a must.
