Digital Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Top-Notch Hospital Chain Provider. Our client is seeking for Digital Marketing Manager position. This job will be based in Bekasi Timur, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the hospital chain's business goals.
  • Oversee the development of annual and quarterly digital marketing plans, incorporating 360-degree digital marketing tactics.
  • Manage and enhance the hospital chain's online presence, including website optimization, content creation, and user experience improvements.
  • Implement and oversee social media strategies to engage and grow the hospital's audience across various platforms.
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Execute and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns for targeted reach and lead generation.
  • Develop and oversee content marketing strategies, ensuring the creation of relevant and valuable content for different digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce informative and engaging content, including articles, blogs, videos, and infographics.
  • Implement and manage analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on digital marketing performance.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including medical professionals and administrators, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing 360-degree digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, preferably within the healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with website management, user experience optimization, and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
