Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading demand generation agency that collaborates with remarkable brands, spanning from early-stage startups to large venture-backed organizations. We are in search of a seasoned Account Management professional for the position of Director of Account Management. This job is a full-time remote work with mid-shift schedule.

Job Summary
The Director of Account management is responsible for fostering strong client relationships, addressing issues proactively, driving customer growth, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure customer success.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and champion for their needs.
  • Proactively detect and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Lead and guide the account management team members to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Foster customer adoption and expansion through customized success strategies.
  • Evaluate and communicate customer success metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement and collaborating with customers to devise solutions.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to provide customers with necessary resources and assistance.
  • Recognize and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Remain abreast of customer feedback and market dynamics to enhance the overall customer journey.


Key Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of significant experience in customer success, including team management, preferably within a SaaS or technology firm
  • Proficient in relationship-building and interpersonal communication
  • Familiarity with customer success management tools and procedures
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Commercially oriented, prioritizing the delivery of customer value
  • Background in marketing and demand generation is a plus
  • Attended a prestigious/top university
