Job Summary:
Distributor Manager will determine when product is distributed, where it is sent and what volume is to be distributed. This role is a key player in the logistics and supply chain management realm, and leverages information systems and software to enable strong forecasting and effective program implementation.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Drive and manage Distributor Performance to achieve Sales Target
* Identify opportunities in Sales and Distributor operations.
* Train and Coach Distributor Sales Team
* Prospect, Sell and Close Direct Accounts
* Develop Marketing activities to help support sales.
* Manage promotions, Pricing, and channels (online and offline)
Job Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any course
* 3+ years experience in Sales and Distribution Management from the Petroleum or FMCG Industry.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to execute and get things done.
* Strong Communication and presenting capability
* Must have excellent computer skills in MS office.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills.
