Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting in behalf of one of a local beauty company. Our respected client is seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT who will focus on providing administrative, logistics, and general assistance to the company's CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage email, appointments, meetings, and overall calendar of executive
- Prepare and manage correspondence for executive
- Arrange and book travel itineraries
- Accompany executive in travels, domestically and internationally
- Process travel and other documentation
- Prepare meeting presentations
- Accompany executive in meetings and social events
- Acts as point of contact of executive with other company personnel
- Keeps executive updated with appointments, meetings, and other things to attend to
- Manages expense documentation of executive
- Attend to solving conflicting matter
- Write down minutes of meetings
- Attends to other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- A graduate of bachelor's degree (4-year degree course)
- With 4 years relevant experience in office administration and providing supporting and assistance to c-level personnel
- Background in beauty, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG is a plus
- Has high value to confidentiality
- Displays high level of proactivity
- Has strong organizational skills
- Is an excellent team-player
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Forward-thinker
- Proficient in Canva
- Willing to travel internationally and domestically if needed
- Willing to work on a hybrid setup
