Factory and Warehouse Manager (BOI)

Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group, is exclusively retained to identify a highly accomplished Warehouse Manager for a rapidly expanding international manufacturing organization. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity within a newly established, state-of-the-art production facility focused on plastic goods.

The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the operational management and stringent compliance processes of a Board of Investment (BOI) designated factory and warehouse. A deep and demonstrable understanding of free trade zone regulations is paramount, ensuring seamless adherence to all relevant standards and protocols.


Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of factory and warehouse operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks aligned with BOI and free trade zone regulations.

  • Ensure meticulous adherence to customs procedures, inventory control, and documentation requirements.

  • Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential compliance risks, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies.

  • Contribute to the strategic development and operational excellence of the new facility.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a senior operations management role within a manufacturing environment in Thailand.

  • Extensive and in-depth knowledge of BOI regulations and free trade zone (e.g., bonded warehouse and manufacturing) set up and operational requirements.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing compliance processes and ensuring adherence to international trade standards.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and ideally Thai.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to operational excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management).
