As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of the healthcare operations. You will be responsible for managing financial processes, budgets, compliance, and financial reporting in accordance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the healthcare industry.
- Create and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial resources and support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare-specific accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial reports to executive management and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
