Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf a leading multinational dialyses service provider company. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of the healthcare operations. You will be responsible for managing financial processes, budgets, compliance, and financial reporting in accordance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the healthcare industry.
    • Create and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
    • Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial resources and support strategic decision-making.

  1. Financial Reporting:

    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Maintain compliance with healthcare-specific accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Present financial reports to executive management and provide insights for informed decision-making.

  1. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

    • Stay updated on finance regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards for all subsidiaries.
    • Coordinate financial audits and facilitate regulatory compliance reporting.

  1. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support in finance best practices.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of finance and accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and software.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
