Finance Manager - BGC, Taguig

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest property management companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a Finance Manager for an onsite position in BGC, Taguig City.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Oversee bookkeeping, monitoring, and financial transaction control for the property.
  • Deliver precise and dependable information to aid management and operations in assessing financial outcomes.
  • Supervise billing and collection processes.
  • Prepare and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from BIR, External Auditor, and SEC.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Evaluate year-end forecasts and annual property budgets.
  • Address additional financial report requests from the BOT/Finance Committee.



Key job requirements include:

    • At least 5 years experience in general accounting and external auditing, must be a CPA.
    • Must have keen attention to details and sense of responsibility.
    • With leadership experience handling 20-30 staffs.
    • Knowledgeable in SAP, Microsoft Office and all areas of Finance
    • Can work independently.
    • Must have excellent communication skills.
