Job summary:
Our dear client is looking for a Financial Analyst that will process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto database using technical and financial knowledge. Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness per company standards for the covered product. Maximize usage of available tools/support to best advantage to maintain /improve content quality during daily operations
Key job responsibilities include:
- Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using database and financial knowledge.
- Must be proficient in BahasaBahasa Indonesia and English Language as translation task may be needed from time to time
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and completeness are maintained as per company standards
- Developing expertise in database and financial knowledge through continuous learning and development. Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
- Maximise usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations
- Adhere to dynamic process/MoWMoW changes, data operations standards and current data policies & procedures.
- Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data as per expected performance standards
- Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries as per established process
- Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback.
Key job requirements include:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or any Financial related course
- Must be proficient in Bahasa language both verbal and written
- Must have a good command of English communication both verbal and written
- Must be willing to start as soon as possible.
- Must be willing to work on any shift (morning shift/mid shift/graveyard shift
- Should have good understanding about basic accounting concepts
- Sound knowledge of financial management concepts
- Should have awareness about the financial statements. Should know what these statements mean, what all components do they have etc
- Should be proficient in using MS-Excel
- Should have good keyboard skills
- Should be a very quick learner and should display high level of agility.
- Should have good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Should be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and flexible to work extended hours depending upon business requirements
- Should be flexible enough to work in different shifts at different points in time and this would include night shifts
