Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest FMCG companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a Functional Analyst for SAP FICO with at least 4 years of experience and at least 2 full cycle FICO implementation. Successful candidate may be based in Pasig City or Makati City office.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Participating in project implementation (e.g., upgrade to S4/HANA, small or big scale enhancement requests) providing expertise and recommending best practices in FICO modules
- Facilitating requirements, gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenging, and documenting the business requirements
- Providing system solutions, along with identifying, validating, and interpreting business needs and requirements
- Designing, customizing, configuring, and testing modules of FICO particularly for change requests and enhancement projects
- Developing program/functional specifications on ABAP enabled reports or programs, and spearheading in thorough testing prior to handing over to end-users for UAT
- Providing application maintenance support, taking care of concerns and errors encountered by end-users, doing the necessary analysis and investigation, and finding/applying permanent or workaround solutions.
- Performing functional testing to validate that system changes and/or enhancements are aligned to functional/business requirements as well as carry out integration testing to ensure no functionality gets broken or impacted upon deployment to production environment
- Preparing and maintaining required documentation, including, but not limited to functional specification documentation, business procedures, quick reference guides and user manuals
- Preparing company-specific training and training materials related to FICO modules and conducting classroom or virtual training to end-users
- Preparing workflow to ensure that projects can be completed within defined scope, budget, and time
- Coming up with innovative solutions of high value and impact to the organization
Job Requirements:
- College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Finance & Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or a related discipline
- CPA is preferred but not required
- Knowledge in Philippine taxation as it relates to SAP FI (AR & AP) is a plus
- 4+ years hands-on experience on Finance and Controlling development works, delivery of architecture and solution design, with at least 2 full cycle FICO implementation
- Working knowledge on other SAP modules (e.g., Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, etc.) would be a big plus
- Experience on project and operational support environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as customer service skills
- Experience and/or exposure to SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
- Able to take ownership of assignments and provide workable solutions
- Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
- Project management experience is preferred but is not strictly required
