Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on Mining and Energy. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Human Resources professional with at least 20 years' experience with a mining industry for the job of GM Human Resources. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Board of Director
- Deploys and implements the HR Strategy and prioritize HR projects, in line with the business, corporate and HR strategy
- Consults and actively provides HR functional perspective on topics such as transformation, M&A and joint ventures
- Drives the HR Operating Model in the Group and Holding, standardization and harmonization of processes and conditions in the Group, including change management, standardization and harmonization of HR practices
- Responsible for annual HR budget, follow up of actual costs and for taking applicable actions when required from a cost perspective
- Ensures optimal alignment and collaboration with the Business/Functions
- Manages and channels performance feedback and ensure continuous improvement of the HR delivery
- Manages Industrial / Labor Relations and Collective Agreement in the Group in line with subsidiaries' company needs
- Drives the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in the Group, as well as advocate for Diversity & Inclusion
- Supports with Workforce Planning to build strong and sustainable human capital to support the strategy and further growth of the organization
- Supports and coaches' leaders to identify, calibrate, develop, and deploy talent across the organization. Identify, evaluate, and manage talent risks
- Facilitates workshops for a high performing team driving a culture of healthy, sustainable performance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Management or in any related field
- Min 20 years of working experience as a HR Strategic Leader
- Having an experience in Mining and Energy sector
- Strong knowledge & Skill especially in Human Resources Strategic
- Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in implementing organization development strategies is required
- Have strong knowledge and skill in coaching
- Proactive and engaged learner in a fast-changing environment
- Highly reliable to perform with or without supervision / work independently
- Passionate, self-starter and well-organized with strong administrative skill
