Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting a Graphic Designer on behalf of a leading multinational Entertainment Centres in the Asia Pacific region. This role will report into the Group Head of Marketing. This role would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels like web, social, email, in-store, etc.
Responsibilities and essential job functions:
- Conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the Brands' voice.
- Design visually compelling campaigns and drive excellence in all touchpoints, in-venue and in other channels.
- Ensure consistency and alignment for the Brands across all countries.
- Support country teams in terms of design and branding.
- Review country teams' creative assets and ensure it aligns to brand guidelines.
- Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.
- Examine existing processes and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams across APAC countries.
- Track record of creating outstanding and effective multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in designing retail store collaterals to enhance guests' experience.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects at one time
