Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Company. Our client is seeking for Group Product Manager. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Develop brand marketing strategies to drive growth, visibility, and effective communication for both Direct-to-Consumer and Health Care Professionals, with a focus on increasing brand awareness and profitability.
  • Understand consumer behavior and stay current on market trends and competitors.
  • Responsibilities include researching, analyzing data, creating go-to-market plans, and reporting on brand performance.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and training for sales teams and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate across functions to create and execute marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience, ensuring positive business outcomes.
  • Create training materials and consumer-focused in-store activities to enhance brand communication.
  • Develop written content to support brands, potentially securing endorsements from key opinion leaders and building strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate with media teams and agencies to plan media and communication strategies across various channels.
  • Design market strategies, product plans, and effective promotions.
  • Coach and develop team members for higher responsibilities while evaluating their performance.
  • Make substantial contributions to new product development and brand extension processes.


Job Qualification

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related health science or medical field.
  • Extensive (over 10 years) experience in crafting brand and marketing strategies within the OTC/Pharma industry.
  • Proficiency in effective verbal and written communication.
  • Proven experience in overseeing brands across diverse markets and channels, with a background in trade marketing and sales being a valuable asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, generating innovative and original concepts.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Knowledge of contraceptive methods is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
