Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is hiring on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company for a dynamic and experienced Head of Distribution and Accounts (CPA) to oversee financial operations in both local finance and distribution/supply chain. The ideal candidate must possess strong financial acumen, good analytical and planning skills, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership potential to drive financial performance and support business growth initiatives. Work setup is onsite in Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for both local finance and distribution-related transactions.
  • Supervise the overall operation of the Warehouse to ensure smooth delivery and coordination with suppliers.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency within the distribution/supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business goals and operational strategies.
  • Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational effectiveness and cost optimization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Oversee financial compliance, risk management, and internal controls within the distribution/supply chain operations.
  • Responsible for keeping accounts receivable under control.
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS report.
  • Drive process improvements and initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the finance team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; must have CPA license
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance and supply chain leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or other related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving results in distribution/supply chain functions.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leaderhship, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in financial software like Tally and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities
