Responsibilities:
- Work strategically with the business team; will be responsible for transforming and converting leads into merchants on their specialised platform
- Manage and foster relationships with merchants, and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Will be the main point of contact for the all the new and existing merchants, so you will be managing all key accounts
- Research creative strategies for merchant retention
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Regularly feedback merchant issues to relevant departments to improve processes
- Align your sales strategies with company-wide goals and objectives - you will be responsible for hitting monthly KPI's and sharing your progress with the team
- Be a subject matter expert and be able to answer any questions that are thrown your way regarding their existing business partners
- Working closely with our CEO in Indonesia/Singapore and core team for regular updates and insights and to action any new business requirements that affect our merchants
- Refining our merchant contract policies and keeping all documentation in order
- Planning & strategizing the launch of new ventures within their portfolio roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputable university Overseas/Domestic
- Experience in Financial Services for Teleco/Token/Agent sales or partner relations in a management role (7+ years experience)
- Proven ability hitting and exceeding commercial targets
- Track record of building relationships with a similar or transferable target audience
- Strong presentation skills and ability to translate complex technology to less tech-savvy merchants
- Confident using lead generation CRM's
- Self-motivated and results-driven sales professional
- Competent working independently and as part of a team
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
