Key Responsibilities
- Establish overall sales & business development strategy for the payment software.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, process and ensure business delivery & profitability.
- Responsible for generating revenues through new customer acquisition and positioning the company enterprise payment solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
- Ability to comprehend P&L & financial drivers and structure and close profitable deals.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and create strategies for expansion into new markets.
- Advise customers about service delivery, including maintenance agreements and SLA's.
- Maintain and track competition in the country.
- Diligently carry the account planning process for all accounts
Job Specification (Requirement):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 15 years of successful experience in Sales and account management leadership preferably in payments organisation or organization with enterprise technology solutions for banks.
- Experience in enterprise selling / solution selling in high growth environment and ability in closing deals with midsize and large companies.
- Proven ability to build new customer portfolios from scratch selling solutions and services.

- Transaction Switching & Processing Services
- EFT Switches
- Real Time Payment
- Payment Gateway
- ATM Driving
- Card Management Services Products
- Outsourcing Services
- Online commerce/Payment Gateway Services

- Have worked and managed business for above products for the
- Top 10-15 Banks in the country
- Top 10-15 Fintechs in the country
- Other relevant segments
