Monroe Consulting is currently assisting a client from the services industry in the search for a seasoned Head of Human Resources. This strategic role will oversee the full HR spectrum and play a critical part in driving organizational growth and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR function, covering Organizational Development & Training, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affairs.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee talent management, employee engagement, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Develop and execute programs to strengthen culture, employee value proposition, and retention.
- Lead HR projects, including workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
- At least 12 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong expertise in OD & Training, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affairs.
- Proven track record in driving HR transformation within dynamic service-oriented industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
