Head of Human Resources (Industry)

Monroe Consulting is currently assisting a client from the services industry in the search for a seasoned Head of Human Resources. This strategic role will oversee the full HR spectrum and play a critical part in driving organizational growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR function, covering Organizational Development & Training, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affairs.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee talent management, employee engagement, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and execute programs to strengthen culture, employee value proposition, and retention.
  • Lead HR projects, including workforce planning, performance management, and change management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master's Degree is a plus).
  • At least 12 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong expertise in OD & Training, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affairs.
  • Proven track record in driving HR transformation within dynamic service-oriented industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
