Job Description:
- Developing Digital Strategy and Digital Roadmap
- Customer Journey Mapping Development
- CRM Integration
- Business partner within the digital business for business' development
- Strategize and delivery of digital transformation initiatives
- Capture data and business analysis for business partnering with other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business process through IT Transformation
- Cross function partnership and synergies with global direction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering
- Preferable background of more than 13+ years of working experiences
- Solid understanding of Business Transformation from Technology perspective
- Experienced with IT Transformation projects and business partnering
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-work
- Fluency in written and spoken English
