Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and advertising.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and consistent with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of marketing programs to ensure they are meeting business objectives and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing with a track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics tools.
