Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and align rewards strategies with the overall business goals and objectives of the FMCG company.
    • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's rewards offerings are competitive and reflective of industry standards.
  2. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Design and manage a competitive compensation structure that includes salary ranges, bonuses, incentives, and benefits packages tailored to attract and retain top talent.
    • Oversee the administration of benefits programs, ensuring they remain relevant, compliant, and attractive to employees.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that align with the company's goals, emphasizing a fair and transparent process.
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to link rewards to individual and team performance outcomes.
  4. Recognition and Engagement:

    • Create and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement.
    • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall workplace morale.
  5. Data Analysis and Insights:

    • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze the effectiveness of rewards programs and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor industry trends and emerging practices in rewards and recognition to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  6. Communication:

    • Develop clear and compelling communication materials to educate employees about the company's rewards programs, compensation philosophy, and performance expectations.
    • Work closely with the HR and communication teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  7. Compliance and Legal Considerations:

    • Ensure rewards programs are compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage any potential risks associated with rewards practices.
  8. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of rewards professionals, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with HR, finance, and business objectives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in compensation, rewards, or HR leadership roles, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of compensation trends, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights from HR metrics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and related software.
