International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international FMCG company. Our client is seeking a Head of Sales to be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving all possible sales channels to end-users including planning, managing, and expanding the retail market across nationwide.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiative and analyze business opportunities to identify top priorities and drive business across nationwide. Direct and align efforts related to business strategic plan / building future plan for business growth.
  • Develop and manage the sales channels of: Independent Accounts, Key Accounts, and Institutional Sales. Maintain a formal sales management system consisting of Sales targets & Incentives, Monthly Plan, Itinerary, Dealer Cards, and Key Account files. Maximize retail distribution coverage and floor share while ensuring incremental positive contribution. Execution of trade marketing strategies in retail channels. Achievement of Sales Budget. P&L responsibility for all channels.
  • Develop sales strategies for all channels. Develop and execute strategies and policies for trade terms, dealer support, and dealer incentive systems.
  • Ensure efficient use of display products.
  • Apply a system Forecasting, Sales reports. Forecasting for budget input and logistics purposes.
  • Manage an institutional sales organization that pursue all non-retail sales opportunities.
  • Align on trade marketing, promotion, and promoter management with Marketing Team.
  • Enhance quality of Sales by effectively allocating resources and managing budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Management or related fields;
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably gained from the similar industry; 6 years of which is in a managerial level.
