Head of Sales (E-Commerce)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is representing one of the biggest ecommerce enabler tech company in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a Head of Sales for Inbound & telemarketing that will help the team to manage the inbound sales team in order to create a new business by expanding the number of sellers. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job responsibilities:

  • Growing and setting up the telemarketing team.
  • Ensure high grow performing of Telemarketing team to achieve sales target by actively training and monitoring them.
  • Managing the journey of inbound sales journey, from approaching potential leads to onboarding new sellers.
  • Improving the inbound sales strategy and system in order to get more effective and efficient sales journey.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in sales or telemarketing coming from technology company, preferably from e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing telemarketing team.
  • Strong experience using CRM Tools (ZenDesk or SalesForce).
  • Hands-on experience in performing effective solution selling and managing new customers/retain existing customers to up selling and profitability.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business or related field.
  • Fluent in English.
