Head of Sales (Healthcare)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Hospital for the role of Head of Sales. The job description will be as follow :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase patient referrals and partnerships with medical practitioners, corporate clients, and insurance companies.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, coaching, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including cardiologists, clinics, and hospitals to establish strong referral networks.
  • Drive business development initiatives to attract high-value patients for cardiovascular procedures and treatments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand promotion and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Create detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and propose improvements.
  • Oversee the development of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and uphold the hospital's high standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on hospitals.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Strong network of relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and corporate clients in Jakarta or Indonesia.
  • Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, including referral pathways, patient acquisition strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, contract negotiations, and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and reporting systems to track and optimize sales performance.
