Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a global home appliances company. Our respected client, Electrolux, is seeking a Head of Trade Marketing to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will be reporting directly to the Country General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail and shopper marketing strategy to drive sell-out and deliver exceptional in-store consumer experiences.
- Create and align annual trade marketing plans with key accounts, product launches, and business objectives.
- Own and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring high ROI through regular analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of national consumer promotion programs, including concept development, implementation, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Oversee in-store execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely deployment of displays, POSMs, and campaign materials.
- Manage a team including Trade Marketing Operations Specialist, Trainer, and Promoter Manager to ensure excellent execution and training quality across retail channels.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and coach team members for continuous development.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Line, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Actively participate in the regional Retail and Shopper Marketing community, sharing best practices and learning from peers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods or retail environments.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to manage budgets and evaluate ROI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
