HR and Admin Supervisor

This job is based in Ayala Makati and has an onsite work setup.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven HR and Administration Supervisor to lead and manage the company's human resources and administrative functions. This role will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and policies, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both HR operations and office management, and must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures across departments and business locations.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee the performance management system, including appraisals, KPIs, and employee development plans.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, policy orientation, asset clearance, and exit interviews.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll administration in coordination with Finance.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Administrative Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations including procurement, facilities management, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Supervise and support administrative personnel across departments or multiple sites.
  • Manage office assets, supplies, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of company-wide administrative procedures and documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (HR certification is a plus.)
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR and administrative functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and general office management practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or administrative systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities
