Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Company that deliver quality medical innovations to hospitals, healthcare providers and patients. Our reputable client is looking for an HR Business Partner of Commercial Operations Department in all HR related functions covering the whole Employee life cycle, from Talent Acquisition, employee engagement & retention, labor relations, and leadership & behavioral skills development.
The work set up is Hybrid (3x on site & 2x work from home), office is located at Taguig City.

Job Summary:
To develop strategic learning and organizational development programs for the Company that will support the key business initiatives and build department and individuals' capability to fulfill the Company's mission.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment

  • Collaborates with hiring managers on the recruitment requirements; lead the activities around sourcing and pooling up candidates, screening / assessment, up to closing the vacancy through attracting qualified and right candidates.
  • Ensures recruitment policy and established processes are adhered to such as approved Personnel Requisition Form (PRF), and within agreed budget.

On Boarding of new hires

  • Provides pre-employment requirements checklist to new employees and ensures submission of complete documents and compliance to pre-employment medical examination prior to their first day at work.
  • Sends "new employee" notice to concerned departments (IT, Finance, C&B, Admin, Fleet, SFE for Sales) for appropriate action, i.e., workplace, tools of trade, HRMS enrolment, email address, etc.
  • Prepares and sends company-wide new employee announcement.
  • Prepares and ensures implementation of On-boarding program.

Employee Movements

  • Conducts assessment on internal candidates following the company's standard employee movement policy which includes promotion and lateral transfers.

Performance Management

  • In coordination with Human Resources Director and Total Rewards team, lead performance evaluation periods including mid-year and end of year review; communicating mission critical dates with all staff and providing necessary training.

Employee Relations / Labor Relations

  • Collaborates with Employee Management Council (EMC) and other HRBP;
  • Lead the employee engagement programs for Commercial Operations team
  • Provides guidance to Line Managers and coordinates with the COE (HRBP) to ensure compliance with the company's Code of Discipline.
  • Reviews notices and decisions submitted by Line Managers and recommends appropriate amendments.
  • Attends administrative hearing of cases.
  • Initiates mediation within the department concerned.
  • Collaborates with Employee Management Council (EMC) and other HRBP;
  • Lead the employee engagement programs for Commercial Operations team
  • Provides guidance to Line Managers and coordinates with the COE (HRBP) to ensure compliance with the company's Code of Discipline.

Training and Organization Development (COE)

  • Formulates and implements strategies to organizational transition/ transformation initiatives aligned with the business needs and long-term direction.
  • Designs and lead the implementation of company-wide training needs analysis; develops training programs in consultation with line management;
  • Ensures implementation of the Training Plan through coordination with SFE Sales Trainers.
  • Designs and implements appropriate organization development interventions such as:
  • Change management, culture building, career planning, retention strategies, recognition program, EES action plan, etc.

HR Analytics

  • Prepares Monthly analytics reports on recruitment fill rate, attrition, employee movement, training implementation vs. plan, employee engagement, project update, etc.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Behavioral Science or related disciplines.
  • With at least 5 years of related work experience from Pharmaceutical or other industries.
  • Must have extensive experience in Training, End-to-End Recruitment Process and Employee Relations, but preferably all HR facets.
  • With expertise in Learning and Organization Development functions.
  • Can demonstrate a high level of energy and maintain stable performance under pressure.
  • Proactive, can work independently and in teams.
