HR Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a chemical technology specialist company. Our respective client is looking for an HR Manager who is knowledgeable in all facets of HR. This role is onsite in Mandaluyong and will be reporting to the COO.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top
talent.
o Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
o Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the
company.
* Employee Relations:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
o Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns promptly and
effectively.
o Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives.
* Payroll & Benefits:
o Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,
and other perks.
o Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and company policies.
* Performance Management:
o Develop and implement performance management systems.
o Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
o Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programs.
* Compliance & Policy Management:
o Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations.
o Update and maintain employee handbooks and HR manuals.
o Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy.
* HR Administration:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
o Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
o Manage HR projects and initiatives as required.
* Team Management:
o Supervise and mentor a small team of HR staff.
o Delegate tasks and ensure efficient workflow within the HR department.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 7 years experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader in a fast-paced tech environment, with a track record of successfully exceeding goals.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.
