Responsibilities:
- Develop practice HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organization's objectives, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing issues, conducting inquiries, and resolving disputes, all while upholding the organization's values and culture.
- Lead the organization's efforts in recruiting and retaining talent, creating effective strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier individuals.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, which encompass salary structures, bonuses, and health and welfare benefits, with a focus on maintaining competitive and industry-standard practices.
- Hold the responsibility for the management of HR technology systems, including HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR-related software, making sure they are adequately maintained and updated to meet the organization's specific needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
- Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hiring.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor HR professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools, facilitating efficient HR operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
