Job Summary:
Our respected client is currently looking for a Human Resource (HR) Head. The job will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines but offers a Hybrid work (2x a week) set-up until further notice.


Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with three Tower Directors and VP-level executives to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic solutions.

Rationale Expertise:

  • Utilize your extensive experience in the IT managed services industry to make informed and strategic decisions in the recruitment process.
  • Provide insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to drive effective hiring strategies.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, working in collaboration with finance and administration teams.

Onboarding:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including prescreening, background checks, medical clearances, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience that aligns with company policies and industry standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant years of relevant experience in HR field
  • Proven experience as an HR leader with a focus in the IT managed services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
