Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational retail luxury goods company. Our respected client is seeking an HR Manager who will be responsible for overall HR function. The role will report to the Retail Director and functionally to the HR Manager for Emerging Markets. Work setup is once a week (1x) work from home and four times (4x) a week work onsite.
Key job responsibilities include: Organization Effectiveness and Talent Development - Support managers in talent reviews, succession planning and career development for future talent needs
- Collaborate with market leaders on effective organization design aligning with business strategy
HR Operations Management - Deliver efficient and effective core HR services, including payroll, HR reporting and analysis, employee benefits administration
- Manage entire employee life cycle
- Ensure compliance with all company, labor, legal and government reporting requirements
Employee Relations - Cultivate positive relationships amongst employees, management, customers, partners
- Enhance employee recognition through global and local programs
- Analyze turnover trends from various employee surveys and provide input for program improvements and corrective actions
Compensation and Benefits - Identify compenben trends and opportunities and offer feedback on market competitiveness
- Collaborate with Regional HR Manager to review and recommend competitive salary package for new hires, promotions, transfers based on current market data
Leadership & People Management - Acts as HR leader for Philippine market and other interacting divisions and departments
- Coach, develop and nurture reporting team performance, growth and engagement
Key job qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree
- Min of 8 years HR experience, preferably from retail industry
- Min of 4 years managerial level
- Strong leadership skill and experienced in managing diversity
- Excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving and creative solution generation skill
- Strong computer skills with MS Office and HRIS
- Open to work on a hybrid setup (4x a week onsite, 1x a week work from home)
