Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, Maintenance and Administration of Hybrid Cloud Microsoft Domain Controller systems using supporting services of (AD Connect, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policy) ensuring systems environment is securely managed and maintained. Main responsible in configuring file, Print services and Windows Firewall with Advanced Security by network location profiles; service groups; import/export policies; isolation policy; IPsec group policies; Connection Security Rules.
- Implement, Maintenance and Administration of the following:
- Microsoft Azure Services
- Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune.
- Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams & OneDrive personal cloud storage
- Dell PowerEdge & HP ProLiant Servers
- Cisco Catalyst 2900 Switches & Access Points 1800, 3600
- Sophos Firewall SG230
- Sophos Access Points 50, APX320
- Sophos RED60 Appliance System
- VLAN Technologies and all aspects of TCP/IP
- IP Addressing subnetting on Core Switches as well as QoS.
- Corporate Network Management
- Access Control Lists, Cisco Firewalls, VPN technologies and other security technologies on IOS based firewall and Penetration Testing tools: tcpdump, metaexploit and Nessus.
- Counter-Hacking skills as well as security vulnerabilities by conducting application analysis, network analysis, and debugging; reporting security vulnerabilities and the risks those vulnerabilities present; and recommending mitigating solutions to remediate risk associated with vulnerabilities
- Responsible of installation, maintenance, and administration of the following:
- Local and Wide Area Networking
- PC Operation and Maintenance (Software / Hardware)
- Printer Operation and Maintenance (Stand Alone / Network)
- SAP Systems
- Responsible to provide technical support for the site-computing infrastructure and accountable for any computing infrastructure problem
- Responsible in ensuring high availability of the networking equipment's and server infrastructure, capacity planning and software / hardware upgrades
- Responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with many centralized network infrastructure groups to ensure the effective operation of the computing environment
- Responsible in understanding future client business requirements as they pertain to the local network and server infrastructure
- Responsible in assuring the compliance of new applications to the network, server, and desktop infrastructure standards
- Responsible to provide and coordinate server and desktop rollouts of standard and in-house developed applications and network application objects
- Responsible to assist Department Head for financial management and budgeting. Prepare Budgets and projections and controlling spend against projections for the cost centers.
- Responsible for conducting audit, verification and resolution skills directed towards issue, concerned or problems encountered during daily operations
- Responsible in network, server supervision, alarm, monitoring and parameter configuration
- Responsible in any computing security management
- Reports and recommends hardware and software systems improvement
- Liaise with other personnel to ensure continuity of service at the appropriate performance level
- Keep an up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and technologies specifically in the hardware, operating systems, and helpdesk environment
- Responsible for the monitoring LAN/WAN performance and resolve network-based problems as appropriate
- Performs regular computer hardware installation and software maintenance
- Performs in designing LAN installations and cabling
- Responsible in overall Data Systems Backup
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or any Information Technology related courses.
- At least 5 years of IT-related work experience
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Probleem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Willingness to work in BGC Taguig City
