Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group's Consumer Division is partnering with a Global FMCG Company to hire a Jr Key Account Manager position. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key account relationships, with a primary focus on Minimarket
- Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution of account strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Minimarket buyers and senior buyers to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Minimarket and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee and manage online accounts, including eCommerce platforms, to expand digital sales channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize online product listings, promotions, and customer experience.
- Contribute to the growth and penetration of the company's non-food product categories in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement effective category strategies.
- Monitor and adapt to evolving market dynamics, ensuring strategies align with business goals.
Experience:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in FMCG Key Account Management.
- Demonstrated success in managing Alfagroup Accounts, with established relationships with Minimarket buyers (essential).

- Confident, articulate, and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
