Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group's Consumer Division is partnering with a Global FMCG Company to hire a Jr Key Account Manager position. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key account relationships, with a primary focus on Minimarket
  • Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution of account strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Minimarket buyers and senior buyers to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Minimarket and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee and manage online accounts, including eCommerce platforms, to expand digital sales channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize online product listings, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the growth and penetration of the company's non-food product categories in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement effective category strategies.
  • Monitor and adapt to evolving market dynamics, ensuring strategies align with business goals.


Experience:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in FMCG Key Account Management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing Alfagroup Accounts, with established relationships with Minimarket buyers (essential).

  • Confident, articulate, and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
