Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an official distributor of high-end interiors and premium showrooms. Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales execution, strengthen customer engagement, and oversee showroom operations in BGC and Shangri-La.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote luxury high-end product lines across multiple brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
- Oversee showroom operations (BGC & Shangri-La) with emphasis on client experience.
- Apply knowledge of space planning, measurements, and design concepts to support client needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director, HR, and leadership team on business initiatives.
Key job qualifications include:
- Strong background in luxury/high-end retail sales
- Preferably with interior design knowledge (space planning & measurement confidence)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Flexible schedule (weekends & showroom hours as needed)
