Junior Sales Manager

Our respected client is seeking a high-performing and revenue-generating sales professional for the job of Junior Sales Manager. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines but on a WFH/Hybrid arrangement.

Job Summary:

Our respected client is seeking a high-performing Junior Sales Manager to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping their organization competitive and innovative. The winning candidate will be responsible for maximizing our client's sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Follows market trends, needs, and evolution and develops a selling cycle process suitable for the market vs. the company's product line.
  • Provide Market insights, including assessment of opportunities encountered throughout the sales cycle.
  • Penetrate target markets through relationship building and ensure that customer needs are heard, evaluate their requirements, and turn them into successful Purchase Orders for the company. This includes Managing the customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers and establishing new ones with potential customers.
  • Manage action plans, strategies, and execute activities and programs to meet sales objectives including facilitation for documentation needs such as company certifications.
  • Assist in the creation and have a direct overview of the company's sales pipeline and ensure that it is aligned with company directives/goals.
  • Organize and facilitate the requirements for Equipment Demonstration/Product Showcases and Type Approval Processes.
  • Enhance/build professional relationships with customers and suppliers alike to manage commercial expectations during the sales cycle and close deals in close working relationships with the Country Head.
  • Led the sales group assigned to respond to RFI/RFQ/RFP in a close working relationship with the Pre-sales Manager
  • Professionally conduct product presentations to customers and partners. Participate in conferences, shows, and exhibitions when appropriate and requested.
  • Be responsible for proper turn-over of sold accounts to project teams after successfully accepting Purchase Orders and Contracts.
  • Pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensuring these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.

Key job requirements include:

  • 3 - 5 years of Sales Experience with basic knowledge of financial functions
  • Willing to work long hours when necessary
  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) and with basic knowledge of telecommunications technologies
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent 3rd party management skills, positive personality
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and experienced in handling critical sales conditions
  • Willing to travel
