Job Description :
- Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers in the cooling product sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial and technical queries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential key accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in alignment with company strategy.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the cooling/HVAC segment.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Provide feedback and insights to support product development and innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with finance and legal departments for contracts, credit control, and compliance.
Job Requirements :
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
(MBA is a plus.) - Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
- Prior experience in the cooling systems, refrigeration, or HVAC industry is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical cooling products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
