Lead Analyst
Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Lead Analyst on behalf of a multinational electronics manufacturing company. As a Lead System Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of complex software systems and will be based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
Key job responsibilities include: - Provide support for existing and new business applications
- Implement standard application functionality or develop custom extensions as needed to meet business requirements
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions by means of application configuration and/or custom development
- Design, develop, document and test application configuration, conversions, interfaces, and extensions
- Develop, document and execute test plans to assess the integrity of enhancement, configuration or patches
- Collaborate with other IT groups and with business users and customers to define business needs and requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in system analysis, software development, or a related field
- Strong technical skills in Java, C++, Python, or other programming languages
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work on a Hybrid set-up (3 WFH + 2 on-site)
