Our respected client is seeking for a logistics staff with knowledge in solid knowledge in financial planning and general ledger for CPA Assistant Accounting Manager position. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.
Job Summary:
- The CPA Assistant Accounting Manager will be responsible for in depth knowledge about the policies of the company ,obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and ledger structure, assist in improving and implementing company policies and procedures and assist in implementing management points and audit findings from internal and internal auditors
Key job responsibilities include:
Warehouse Inventory Management:
- Accurately encode data into our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for incoming products and prepare essential reports
- Efficiently allocate pallet locations during the receiving process
- Assist in preparing WMS data for outgoing products based on delivery orders
- Collaborate with the team on regular company inventory counts and reporting
Warehouse Operations:
- Work closely with team members and providers on preparation, locating, inventory, and picking processes
- Monitor extension warehouses to ensure full compliance with company standards
- Generate reports related to operations and warehouse facilities
Other Tasks:
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor, especially after completing logistics process training, including tasks related to PEZA compliance
Job Qualifications:
- Education: A graduate of Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience.
Skills & Abilities:
- Solid knowledge of logistics operations and inventory management.
- Proficient computer skills, including strong fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
