Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Marketing Analyst to support the Group Marketing team in driving insights-based strategies and optimizing the guest experience across digital touchpoints.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in evaluating marketing initiatives and digital campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities through data, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in data analysis and reporting, a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing and business initiatives
- Develop and automate regular reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel
- Evaluate customer behavior and provide recommendations to enhance the digital guest experience
- Conduct market, competitor, and benchmarking research to identify strategic opportunities
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise visual and written presentations
- Forecast trends and provide recommendations for optimization across marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email)
- Champion tracking implementation across all digital platforms and ensure data accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics-related queries from internal stakeholders
- Design and execute research methods including surveys to gather customer insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with CRM/CDP platforms; experience with Firebase and Apple App Console is a plus
- Knowledge of key digital marketing metrics and campaign evaluation across multiple channels
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
