As business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, support and strategic digital/PR marketing activities across a broad range of marketing channels to promote online traffic, increase overall brand awareness and engagement and drive lead generation.
- Developing and implementing annual clinical workshops marketing programs with assistance of Clinical Manager.
- Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence - customer buying criteria and competition positioning.
- Building and maintaining relationships with KOL's through prospecting and networking.
- Planning and supporting new product launches.
- Preparing post-marketing surveillance on marketing effectiveness and results using various methods and tools.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in healthcare/medical device industry with in-depth knowledge of prior experience in B2B Marketing.
- Experience in multinational organization with cross functional teams.
- Experience in engaging and managing external agencies (Creative/PR)
- Experience using analytics software, CRM is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
