Marketing Manager (Retail and Digital)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a huge distributor of various consumer brands. Our client is seeking a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of multi-branded sales channels (retail and online). The successful candidate will develop, implement, track, and optimize the digital and retail marketing campaigns.
Key job responsibilities include: - Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to the retail stores, website, and other online sales channels
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning their implementation from ideation to execution
- Managing a team of category managers, creative and content manager, graphics head, and studio director to build sales online and assist in disseminating retail sales strategies
- Identifying new products and brands to incorporate into the company to improve profitability.
Job requirements: - Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience in a digital and retail marketing or advertising position.
- Conscientious in terms of being on time and at work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Able to demonstrate assertiveness in getting the required job done across departments.
- Able to converse professionally with senior foreign management.
- Willing to work ON-SITE in Pasig City
