Marketing Manager (Telco)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant, is partnering with a leading global fiber optic provider. We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Marketing Manager that is based in Jakarta.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies for enhanced brand visibility and strengthened positioning in the Indonesian market.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute impactful events, including partnerships with industry associations and bespoke initiatives to boost brand awareness and engage key stakeholders.
  • Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and collaborations, to enhance brand visibility in collaboration with the PR firm.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitive analysis, to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media and website SEO, to drive online engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Implement efficient processes to streamline marketing workflows and maximize productivity.

Requirement

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with the added advantage of a Master's degree.
  • Demonstrated success with 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, emphasizing brand management, Digital marketing, events, and PR.
  • Previous involvement in the global telecom/cloud industry is essential.
  • Experience in the Indonesian market, showcasing a profound understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics.
  • Robust project management skills, encompassing proficiency with various marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about SEO best practices and well-versed in current social media trends.
