Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Our respected client is seeking a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving demand for all promoted products and identifying and acting on local opportunities to drive growth. The role will report to the Country Manager and will handle a team of 13 direct reports. Work is based in BGC, on a field and onsite work setup.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for running a national sales team, meeting budgetary and sales target through motivating and developing a team of District Sales Managers & Medical Representatives
  • Responsible for commercial operations, execution of marketing programs, and implementation of tender and pricing strategies.
  • Responsible for net sales responsibility as main KPI and will be responsible for managing and growing a team of district managers and sales representatives
  • Provides overall direction and operational management of the Sales Team
  • Knowledge on the Operational Efficiencies and Compliance
  • Drives sales demand through execution of marketing programs and tender and contracting strategy, manage and handle any operational concerns at a regional level
  • Responsible for Execution of Marketing Activities
  • Responsible for Operational Management and Capability Development
  • Drives compliance across assigned districts

Key job qualifications include:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years on Sales management
  • Minimum of 5-year experience as National Sales Manager
  • Extensive experience in People Management
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing the business
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up his sleeves
  • Willing to do field work and travel nationwide
