National Sales Manager (ETC)

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the leading pharmaceutical MNCs.

As our respective client is expanding their market, we're looking for a National Sales Manager - ETC who is based in HCM city and willing to relocate/ travel frequently.

Job Summary:

The National Sales Manager (ETC) will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue for the company's ETC (Ethical, Traditional and Consumer) products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a deep understanding of the ETC market, and strong leadership and management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the ETC product portfolio.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, support and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities in the ETC market and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, medical affairs and finance to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the ETC market, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity and provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs for the sales team to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, including ethical and legal standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Pharmacist University or higher
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Sufficient English skill
  • Willingness to travel frequently as needed.
  • Deep understanding of the ETC market and regulatory environment in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the ETC market.
