Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Health & Logistics Services division is recruiting on behalf of an international 4PL logistics and supply chains company. Our respected client is seeking an Operational Excellence and Quality Executive to manage process documentation and drive quality performance within their operations.

Job Summary:
The Operational Excellence and Quality Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes by developing, maintaining, and updating process documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Job Responsibilities:

Process Documentation Management
* Create, update, and maintain comprehensive and accurate process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and flowcharts for operational activities.
* Ensure that all process documentation reflects current practices and aligns with business and client requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the correct implementation of updated processes and procedures.

Quality Performance Monitoring
* Monitor and analyze process performance data to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Implement and maintain in-process quality controls to ensure operational activities meet defined quality metrics.
* Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to assess process effectiveness and compliance with established standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration
* Act as a liaison between the operations team, contract management team, clients, and the global quality team to ensure consistent alignment with process quality goals.
* Provide guidance and support to the operations team on the implementation of process improvements and quality-related initiatives.
* Prepare and present reports on process quality performance and improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a process-oriented or quality management role, preferably within the logistics industry.
* Experience in creating and managing operational documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.
* Proven track record of monitoring and improving process quality and performance.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Demonstrates proficiency in customer service management, communication, and transport operation management.
