Payroll & Personel Admin Manager (Manufacturing)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Oil & Gas Component Manufacturer Company for the role of Payroll & Personel Admin Manager. The job description will be as follow :

  • Preparing the reports for quarterly, yearly and weekly reports
  • Review company policies and procedures.
  • Make sure account balances
  • Resolve payroll errors
  • Ensure that payroll goes out in timely manner
  • Ensuring records and processes should comply with company and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts.


Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Payroll
  • Have a great understanding on compliance issue
  • Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations and legislation
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details and level of accuracy
  • Ability to work with a broader team
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Advanced computer software skills, Word and Excel and other accounting/payroll packages
  • Good in Excel
  • Strong in C&B concept and budgeting
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (poin plus)
