Personal Assistant (Education)

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a qualified candidate on behalf of our client, a notable Education Institution based in Pekanbaru, Riau, for the position of Personal Assistant to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and events
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and documents
  • Act as the liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support project and initiative tracking to ensure timely follow-ups and execution

Requirements

  • Female
    Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (any major)
  • Prior experience in an academic or education setting is a plus
