Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a qualified candidate on behalf of our client, a notable Education Institution based in Pekanbaru, Riau, for the position of Personal Assistant to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and events
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents
- Act as the liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Support project and initiative tracking to ensure timely follow-ups and execution
Requirements
- Female
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any major)
- Prior experience in an academic or education setting is a plus
