Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Malaysia's Healthcare Division is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company with over a decade of strong presence across Asia, now expanding its footprint into the Malaysian market.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion

  • Promote assigned products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals through regular sales calls and detailing activities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions during clinic, hospital, and pharmacy visits.
  • Organize and participate in product talks, medical exhibitions, and educational programs.

Territory Management

  • Develop and maintain a strong customer database within the assigned territory.
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly call plans effectively.
  • Monitor competitor's activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Relationship Building

  • Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers on product use, benefits, and safety.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Submit daily call reports, expense claims, and territory feedback on time
  • Comply with all company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations (e.g. Code of Conduct, local MOH guidelines).
  • Participate in product training sessions and maintain up-to-date product and disease knowledge.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biomedical, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
