Job Summary

Responsible for the overall achievement of the company's profitability and growth objectives by providing strategic leadership in managing the overall operations and resources of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the overall strategic lead in developing the company's business plans and programs.
  • Create, communicate, and implement the company's vision, mission, and overall direction.
  • Lead the achievement of the company's profitability and growth targets.
  • Establish strong credibility with the Board and across the organization as an effective developer of business solutions.
  • Enhance, develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures through systems that improve overall operations and organizational effectiveness.
  • Advise on long-range planning, new strategies, programs, and regulatory actions to ensure business viability.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues, including alliances, acquisitions, mergers, investments, and pension funds.
  • Evaluate the organizational structure versus business needs; emphasize succession planning and continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and business trends to support senior executives.
  • Ensure programs are in place to retain and motivate top management talent, attract new executives, and develop the next generation of leaders.
  • Maintain strong awareness of the competitive landscape, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, industry developments, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform other critical tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Board.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; graduate degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years senior management experience with increasing responsibility in the manufacturing industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals, food, or cosmetics.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, operational, and financial acumen.
  • Expertise in re-engineering operations, policy formulation, and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with proven success in motivating diverse teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge

  • Basic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making, root cause analysis.
  • Project and performance management.
  • Targeted selection, labor relations, and CBA negotiation.
  • Financial management.
  • Customer service excellence.
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS) concepts and principles.
