Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading multinational pharmaceutical companies for a Product Manager. The role is responsible for the achievement of sales targets through the development of marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to be implemented by Field Force, ensures appropriate level of stock inventory and accountable for the responsible use of approved budget to support marketing and selling activities.The role is an individual contributor and will report to the Marketing Manager. Work setup is 3x a week onsite and 2x a week work from home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Development of Strategic Marketing Plan to assigned Portfolio
- Develops a comprehensive Plan of action (POA) based on the approved Marketing Plan to be cascaded to Field force
- Ensures analysis of Market share, Sales Development, Competitors activities and Program executions in a timely manner
- Provides business forecast accuracy based on KPI standards which includes the following:
- Accomplish business sales forecast
- Monthly inventory management based on forecast
- Advisory Board and KOL Development and Management. Activities of which includes the following:
- Maintain links with Advisory Board and Key Opinion Leaders within the product's therapeutic areas, in order to gain endorsement
- Careful selection of Advisory Board and KOL members to gain the most endorsement both in practice and influence
- Representation of members in hospitals critical to the business
- A&P Management which is maintaining full accountability for efficient and effective management of budgets

- Oversee sales force target setting and program execution
- Develop and maintain coordination with Field Force and support group

- Maintain mutual and beneficial relationships with key customers
- Gather positive external customer feedback on the following: Customer needs, company image, Product and services, Proactive rapport building
- Execute a launch process of a new SKU/product
- Monthly report - Management board
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Key qualifications include:
- College graduate of any four (4) year course, MBA an advantage
- With at least two years experience in pharmaceutical product management experience, with launch of new products being an advantage
- Strong business acumen
- Adept in MS Office
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
