As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a Production Manager role with at least 5 years of experience and has a strong background in Production & Operations
Key job responsibilities include :
- To ensure production is running well with good performance.
- To ensure Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Management System is well implemented in production site.
- Report directly to Senior Manufacturing Manager for production's activity
- Ensure production running well as planned
- Report any hazard to EHS or direct supervisor
- Doing continuous improvement for QEHS Management system
- Implementing good manufacturing practice, & good document practice
- Doing root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action plan
- Doing continuous improvement for production's productivity, and efficiency
Job Requirements :
- 5 year experience as production manager and lead team with many members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Bachelor's degree in any major with relevant experiences
- Familiar in ISO system, Good Manufacturing Practices, Operational Excellence and understand Lean Six Sigma concept, also done root cause analysis and CAPA approach.
